Ultra-light roasting has gone from a niche to a movement, but the best coffees are spread across small roasters with their own shops, shipping rules and rest windows. We want to bring them together in one carefully chosen place.

Ultralight Coffee is a new project based in France. We plan to work with a small number of roasters who specialise in the lightest profiles, sell their coffees side by side, and back them up with the two things that make or break a light roast at home: water and technique.

That’s why our first product of our own is water, not coffee. Our mineral kit (in development) makes the well-established brewing-water recipes easy to reproduce. Our guides give honest starting points, not secrets.
