Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect through the waitlist form on ultralightcoffee.com and why, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Your email address (required), and optionally your name and message
• Your country and what you’re interested in
• The time of sign-up and your consent
• A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse. We don’t store your IP address itself.

Why, and on what legal basis

To email you about the Ultralight Coffee launch, the roaster lineup and the mineral kit, and to answer roaster or press enquiries. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most [retention period to be confirmed, e.g. 24 months] after your last interaction with us.

Who processes it

Data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. Transfers outside the EU are covered by Cloudflare’s data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or share your data with roasters or other third parties.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
